Stuart is an Executive Advisor at Reefline Capital and assists in evaluating investments and value creation initiatives at the firm’s partner companies.

Stuart serves as President of TriVista, where he leads the firm’s global consulting operations and partners with investors and executive teams to deliver operational performance improvements and long-term growth, guiding teams through complex transformations, due diligence, and multinational footprint initiatives. Before joining TriVista, Stuart spent more than 25 years in senior leadership roles with ITT Industries and TRW, where he led global industrial business units and managed large-scale operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
