Tucker is an Executive Advisor at Reefline Capital and assists in evaluating investments and value creation initiatives at the firm’s partner companies.
Tucker is a growth and late-stage CEO/President with over two decades of defining and delivering new business strategies for expansion, innovation, and sustainable growth. He currently serves as President of Innoflight, a non-traditional defense contractor offering space avionics and cybersecurity solutions embedded with secure Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) design to the U.S. Government, prime aerospace contractors, and commercial space developers. Over the past two decades, he has executed more than a dozen transactions, including acquisitions, debt and equity capital offerings, direct sales, and spin-offs. Tucker's prior leadership roles included serving as CEO of Blue Sky Network, Chief Commercial Officer of MRO Holdings and as co-owner and COO of Flightstar Aircraft Services. Earlier, he was a Managing Director of M&A for Headwaters MB and a private equity investor with Brockway Moran & Partners.
