Monte is an Executive Advisor at Reefline Capital and assists in evaluating investments and value creation initiatives at the firm’s partner companies.
Monte is an experienced CEO with a track record of transforming under-performing divisions or portfolio companies into high-value assets, including former CEO of RESA Power, President/CEO of A-Gas (Americas) and President/CEO of Maysteel. Monte began his career at Rockwell Automation (formerly Allen Bradley). Throughout his career, he has specialized in driving business turnarounds, executing successful private equity exits, and managing strategic M&A growth across industries like automation, electrical, and manufacturing.
