Operating Executive, Commercial Strategy
Joe is an Operating Executive at Reefline Capital and assists in evaluating investments and value creation initiatives at the firm’s partner companies.
With more than 30 years of commercial and operational experience in plastics and engineered materials manufacturing, Joe most recently served as President of Commercial, Life Sciences & Consumer at SyBridge Technologies. Previously, he spent more than 12 years at Pexco, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of its Industrial Division. Earlier in his career, Joe served as Vice President and General Manager of EFP Corporation, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Wilbert Plastic Services, and Director of Sales at Nypro. Joe began his career at Flambeau Corporation, where he spent nearly a decade in marketing and business development.
